World War III was a cruel tragedy, at least for others. Looks like you felt good, hiding in your luxury Skyhill hotel apartment ... Until the impact of a biological weapon shattered the life you once knew.
Now they are mutants everywhere and they are eager to tear you apart with their vicious claws. But they are not your only problem: your supplies run out. You have to leave your luxurious apartment and look for food. Going through skyscrapers means going through hell. There is danger around every corner, and death is a constant companion.
Nothing matters other than survival. And time is running out.
