A major armed conflict is brewing between the Western powers and the Soviet bloc. The Red Army became stronger and stronger since the end of World War II. With the growth of their army, the Soviets realize that they have the advantage and are just waiting for the right moment to attack.

That moment comes with the Tempelhof incident: the almost fatal collision between an American cargo plane and a Soviet fighter plane over the main airfield in Berlin.
